About Carlos Fernandez, PA-C
I have been practicing medicine in Panama City since 1995. I graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 1995 and I specialize in Primary and Acute Care Medicine. I was Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York City, My professional journey was shaped by my service in the United States Air Force, where I received much of my medical training. I take pride in having built my career serving the Bay County community for over 30 years. I am the founder and owner of Pronto Medical Care since 2007. My wife, Yanetsy and I have five children and three grandchildren. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family; I am passionate about reef aquariums and love traveling and listening to music.
About Daniel L. Turley MD
Dr. Daniel Turley is the USCIS-Designated Civil Surgeon and Medical Director at Pronto Medical Care. He brings 25 years of experience in both Primary Care and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Turley earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2001. Outside of medicine Dr Turley is an avid boater and fisherman.
